1. Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping tiers based on how quickly you need your treats. Standard Shipping | 2 - 3 hours| Express Shipping | 1-2  hours 

2. Packaging for Quality

We use specialized packaging to ensure your sweets arrive in perfect condition:

• Temperature Control: Perishable items (like milk-based sweets or chocolates) are packed with food-grade coolant gel packs and insulated liners.

• Fragile Care: Delicate items like Laddoos or Baklava are vacuum-sealed and placed in reinforced, crush-resistant boxes.

3. Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes to ensure someone is available to receive the fresh product.

• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for spoiled items due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details!

• International: We currently [do / do not] ship internationally. Note: For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

5. Tracking Your Treats

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to update.
